Cybersecurity Analyst
The Cybersecurity Analyst would help evaluate security risks, review technical findings, monitor emerging threats, and translate security information into practical recommendations for RKJ Consulting and its clients.
Typical Responsibilities
- Review security alerts, vulnerability findings, logs, and risk-assessment results.
- Support threat research, phishing analysis, incident documentation, and security reporting.
- Assist with security controls, policies, client recommendations, and remediation tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and explain technical risk in clear business language.
Core Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, Windows systems, networks, common threats, and risk management. Relevant education, practical lab experience, certifications, or equivalent professional experience would be considered. Strong analysis, writing, ethics, and attention to detail would be essential.

Security Operations Analyst
The Security Operations Analyst would support day-to-day monitoring, alert review, escalation, evidence collection, and coordinated response activities across client and internal security environments.
Typical Responsibilities
- Monitor security events and distinguish normal activity from suspicious behavior.
- Document alerts, collect supporting evidence, and escalate incidents according to procedure.
- Assist with endpoint, firewall, identity, network, and threat-intelligence workflows.
- Help maintain response playbooks, case notes, operational metrics, and shift handoffs.
Core Qualifications
Working knowledge of security operations, Windows event data, networking, authentication, malware, phishing, and incident-response fundamentals. Network Administrator
The Network Administrator would maintain secure, reliable connectivity and help manage the switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, virtual private networks, and related services that support business operations.
Typical Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, document, and troubleshoot local and remote network services.
- Maintain firewall rules, VPN access, segmentation, wireless security, and device inventories.

Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator would maintain Windows systems, user accounts, endpoint configurations, identity services, software deployments, backups, and the operational foundation required for secure and dependable work.

Software Developer
The Software Developer would design, build, test, document, and maintain Windows applications, cybersecurity tools, automation utilities, and supporting components for RKJ Consulting projects and products.

- Develop user interfaces, background workers, local storage, integrations, and reports.
- Debug defects, review code, manage versions, and support secure release preparation.

Application Support Specialist
The Application Support Specialist would help customers install, configure, understand, and troubleshoot RKJ Consulting software while documenting issues and communicating useful feedback to the development team.
Typical Responsibilities
- Respond to software questions and investigate installation, configuration, and usage issues.
- Reproduce reported problems, collect logs, document steps, and track cases through resolution.
- Guide customers through approved fixes, updates, workarounds, and product documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to FAQs, knowledge articles, and product improvements.
Core Qualifications
Strong Windows troubleshooting, customer communication, written documentation, and problem-isolation skills. IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician would provide practical first-line assistance for computers, accounts, applications, peripherals, connectivity, and common workplace technology issues.

- Set up and troubleshoot Windows computers, software, printers, user accounts, and devices.
- Resolve routine access, connectivity, performance, update, and configuration problems.
